Here are some of the fics that I have enjoyed reading. (Please bare with me for a week or so, while I add fics to this list)

AU. set in regular world, not spn world. Dean and Castiel were childhood sweethearts until Dean fled their small town and left Castiel behind.Now ten years later Dean has come back to set things right.
300 Things by cautionzombies (NC-17)
Dean’s life at twenty-four makes him feel like he’s forty—he works two jobs to help pay bills for his house and put his genius little brother through private school, and has spent six years (on and off, let’s be honest) working on his mechanical engineering degree at KU. With so much of his life devoted to his family, Dean has little time in his schedule for class and no time for social interaction. Then, while getting his classes together for the fall, he finds himself in a do-or-die situation: He must take his last literature class now, his spring already filled with those left for his major…except that none of the English classes will fit his schedule.
This is how Dean grovels and begs Dr. Castiel Milton to make a special arrangement for him, and Dr. Milton does.

(NC-17) When Jensen first meets Jared and Misha, they’re all young and lucky, thrown together in a sought-after journalistic internship that proves as intense a bonding experience as a term in the Army. When the internship ends, though, it seems like everything starts to fall apart. A job opportunity takes Misha overseas while Jared and Jensen rise in rank at the news station, but every career success seems accompanied by a crushing personal blow. All Jensen wants is for the three of them to be happy again, but it isn’t until an accident brings Misha home that Jensen sees what’s been building between himself and Jared all these years, and why Misha is a fundamental third component.

And when Jared insists on having an OB-GYN of his own gender, Jensen’s long stretch of successfully not falling for one of his patients is finally at an end.

It’s the apocalypse now and angels and demons are everywhere. One angel in particular manages to capture Harry’s attention though and Harry falls in love with Castiel, but will the Angel ever notice him. (Harry/Castiel)
Of Lions and Lambs series by Marblez (M) (HP/Twilight)
This is an ongoing series that I am actually really enjoying. It’s Draco/Jasper, but I must warn you: If you do not like the Twilight books at all, you will not enjoy these fics. I don’t care for them, but I love these fics. I’m just weird like that. Anyway, the summary is essentially this: The Malfoys move to Forks. Draco and Bella become friends. Draco falls in love with Jasper, at the same time Bella falls in love with Edward. And the series follows the books general timeline and basic story plots. But more from the point of view of Draco. There are 3 full stories up, with a 4th just beginning. So, enjoy.

But… Arthur Pendragon is not at all what Merlin had expected. He’s arrogant, funny, beautiful – he completely flummoxes Merlin at every turn. But really, Merlin doesn’t think his new sort of maybe not brother person is hot. That would we weird, right? Taking place over an entire year, there are fruit smoothies, a green Morris Minor van named Karl, musical theatre sing-a-longs, water balloons, mutant strawberries, an ex-boyfriend and Arthur’s latest booty-call. Merlin thinks he needs to lie down.

Merlin’s dreams have always fuelled his art, but they’ve always been abstract and removed from reality. Soon after he meets Gwaine, he starts to see vivid images of a past full of death and magic and love for a King who was ripped from him. Things only escalate further when he spends a weekend in the country with Gwaine and meets his group of friends, which includes aristocrat and It Boy, Arthur Pendragon. Merlin soon realises that no matter how hard you try, one thing is certain, you can’t fuck with destiny. (This is a reincarnation fic)

In the midst of it, Gwaine finds himself harbouring feelings for a man who apparently has a destiny, and learns something new about magic: it doesn’t play fair, and serving it shakes everything you hold dear – whether you’re a sorcerer or not. (Gwaine/Merlin, with Arthur/Gwen, Gwen/Lancelot, Leon/mead on the side)
Damon/Alaric from TVD
Bloody Handprints by duchessofdisaster (T)
Alaric died. Again. Damon wasn’t there. And Alaric’s washing his own blood off the walls and floor of the Gilbert house. (This is set after 3x13. It’s the aftermath of Alaric being stabbed and then Elena having to kill him. Only, in this fic, I believe he and Damon are in some kind of established relationship.)

James Diamond has become the first gay Bachelor, thinking it will be fun to watch 30 guys fight over him and not realizing he will meet three men who will change his life forever. (This is mostly James/Logan, but there is plenty of Kenlos. And even some Kames and Jarlos.)
